Start=Secinaro Piazza: Depart Secinaro on Local Road, go through Raiano then turn Right rather than going towards the Autostrada then second exit at the roundabout to go past the Carre Foure Supermarket. Then go past the normal road on the Right which takes you to Sulmona - carry on past Pacentro until you see signs to Campo Di Giove.
Step Back
Pit Stop Park up before town and take a Pit Stop in the cafe at the local garage. Then take a nice walk into town to your starting point, probably the fountain.

Around the fountain (or lying in the road) you may see the local “Community Dog” Apparantly, a stray looked after by the local community.

Wildlife Watching nel Parco Nazionale della Majella majella National Park, and the area between Campo Di Giove and Cansano, is a place where the number of wild animals is very high and Wildlife Watching is easy.
On your way home, head towards Pacentro and after a few Kilometers, visit the Fonte Romana

When you get near, you park up on the left before you get there and walk the last bit OR you can drive right up to it up the dodgy access road on your right at the next bend. Here you can take refreshments or order a meal.

When you have enjoyed your stay, carry on to go home via Pacentro - you may like to then go via Sulmona to avoid the windy roads with many hairpin bends!
